How we work

The standards every StackFi page meets, where our numbers come from, and how we handle TopNod.

How pages are made

We use AI-assisted tools to draft and translate. A page goes live only when it meets our standards:

  • Data and key facts cite their source
  • Related guides are linked
  • Translations are complete, never abridged
  • No placeholder or unfinished text

Core guides and comparisons are also reviewed in full by Woody and show “Reviewed by Woody” with the date.

Where the numbers come from

DataSourceRefresh
Gold and silver spot gold-api.com Every 30 min (daytime UTC)
Tokenized gold (XAUT, PAXG) CoinGecko Every 4 hours
Exchange rates open.er-api.com Daily
Argentine dollar rates dolarapi.com Twice a day

If data is stale or sources disagree, the page flags it or holds the figure back.

TopNod

Woody, who runs StackFi, leads growth at TopNod (see About). When TopNod appears on StackFi:

  • It is shown alongside the alternatives, not instead of them.
  • Costs, risks and regional limits are stated as clearly as benefits.
  • Campaign terms are quoted from TopNod, dated, with their end date.
  • Links carry an attribution tag and are marked sponsored. We earn no referral fees.
