Data Licence and Attribution
Last updated: September 19, 2026
StackFi's measurements are free to reuse, commercial use included, under CC BY 4.0. Credit StackFi — and, this part being a request rather than a condition, please make the credit a link.
1. What is licensed
These datasets are published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0):
- Tokenized stock premium — JSON
- Tokenized stock premium — CSV
- Tokenized stock premium — Markdown mirror
- Tokenized stock premium — embeddable widget
The licence covers the parts of those datasets that are StackFi's own work:
- The compilation — which tokens are tracked, the verified mint address for each, which issuer it belongs to, and the registry version that pins those decisions.
- The derived measurements — the premium against the underlying share, the shares-per-token adjustment applied before that ratio, the median premium across the set, the widest premium and widest discount, and total liquidity.
- The editorial judgement encoded as data — the $50,000 pool-depth floor and the resulting flag that publishes a print as "not a market price" rather than as a premium.
- The method and limits text that accompanies the data.
2. What is not ours to license
The underlying market data comes from third parties. Raw prices are facts. StackFi asserts no ownership of them and does not sublicense them. Each provider has its own terms; if you intend to redistribute the raw price columns rather than our measurements, check theirs.

The same map ships inside the JSON feed's sources block, so a consumer who never reads this page
still gets the split.
3. How to attribute
CC BY 4.0 asks for three things: credit StackFi, identify the licence, and say if you changed anything.
Unmodified, in HTML:
Data by <a href="https://stackfi.io">StackFi</a>, licensed under <a href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/">CC BY 4.0</a>
Unmodified, as plain text:
Data by StackFi (stackfi.io), CC BY 4.0
If you changed the data:
Derived from StackFi data (stackfi.io), CC BY 4.0, modified
One thing we ask for that the licence does not require
CC BY 4.0 is satisfied by plain-text credit — a link is not a condition, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. But when the credit appears online, we are asking you to make it a link. That link is the only thing we get back for publishing this, and it is what keeps the data being published.
4. What this licence does not cover
Articles, guides, page copy, layout, design, the logo and the StackFi name are not under CC BY 4.0. All rights reserved. Quoting with attribution is fine and welcome; wholesale republication is not.
5. No warranty
These are snapshots, not live quotes, and they are provided as-is with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose. Informational only, not investment advice. Tokenized equities carry issuer, custody and liquidity risk on top of share price risk. Do not use this data as a pricing source for anything that settles money.
6. Telling us
No obligation at all, but if you are using a feed at volume or embedding a widget, we would like to know — it tells us which datasets are worth keeping current. Write to [email protected].
7. Changes to these terms
Creative Commons licences are irrevocable. Data already published under CC BY 4.0 stays under CC BY 4.0 permanently; any future change to this page applies only to data published after it.
